Raag-Mala Toronto launches its 2026 concert season with a vocal recital by Vidushi Ashwini Bhide Deshpande, one of the leading exponents of the Jaipur-Atrauli gharana. The performance will take place on Friday, April 3, 2026, at 7:30 pm at the Nanji Family Foundation Auditorium, located within the Aga Khan Museum, 77 Wynford Drive, Toronto.

She will be accompanied by Sanjay Deshpande on tabla and Siddhesh Bicholkar on harmonium. The concert is presented in partnership with the Aga Khan Museum as part of Raag-Mala Toronto’s ongoing mandate to promote and preserve Indian classical music in Canada.

This event marks the opening concert of Raag-Mala Toronto’s 2026 season. Tickets will be available soon. Raag-Mala Benefactors and Patrons receive complimentary admission to most concerts, while regular members are eligible for discounted tickets. Limited student tickets are also expected to be available upon presentation of valid identification.
