Siddhesh Bicholkar

Siddhesh Bicholkar was trained in music from childhood in Goa. His early musical education included learning under Shri Sharad Mathkar, and he subsequently continued harmonium studies with Pt. Tulsidas Borkar, a musician known for his work on the harmonium. His training encompassed instrumental recitals and aspects of Hindustani classical music practice, including the less commonly performed jaltarang instrument.

Bicholkar has participated in classical music presentations that involve harmonium and jaltarang performances. He has been the recipient of music scholarships awarded by the Government of India and its Human Resource Development Ministry. Professional activity also includes work as a classical music teacher at Sharda Sangeet Vidyalaya in Mumbai.
