Ta Se Dhin Tak – A Tabla Festival Celebrating Guru–Shishya Parampara is a unique two-day celebration dedicated to one of the most cherished traditions of Indian classical music—the sacred relationship between Guru and Shishya. Presented by the School of Indian Percussion & Music (SIPM), the festival brings together legendary tabla maestros and their accomplished disciples, highlighting the continuity, depth, and enduring legacy of India's percussion heritage. 

Over two inspiring days, audiences will witness captivating performances, intricate rhythmic dialogues, and extraordinary musical collaborations that showcase the transmission of knowledge from one generation to the next. The festival features an exceptional lineup of maestro-disciple duos including Pt. Swapan Chaudhuri & Shri Nilan Chaudhuri, Pt. Anindo Chatterjee & Shri Anubrata Chatterjee, Pt. Nayan Ghosh & Shri Ishaan Ghosh, and Pt. Gourisankar & Shri Rishi Prashad

Through solos, jugalbandis, and ensemble presentations, Ta Se Dhin Tak celebrates not only virtuosity and rhythmic brilliance but also the spirit of mentorship, tradition, and artistic inheritance that lies at the heart of Indian classical music.
