Prathibimba & Ramabhyudaya are Bharatanatyam dance productions presented as part of the Kala Saptami 2026 classical arts series at the Jagannatha Center for Art and Culture (JCAC), Vijayanagar, Mysuru, on 11 March 2026 at 6:00 PM. The event forms one of the weekly performances in the month-long festival dedicated to showcasing Indian classical music and dance traditions.

The first presentation, Prathibimba, features performances by Dr. Prathibha Ramaswamy and Janani Murali, both Bharatanatyam dancers known for their work in classical choreography, dance theater, and academic engagement with Indian dance traditions. Their performance explores expressive storytelling and rhythmic movement within the Bharatanatyam repertoire.

The second presentation of the evening, Ramabhyudaya, is performed by Acharya Badari Divya Bhushan and Dr. Anjana Bhushan, along with Abhyuday Dhyan Bhushan and Abhignan Vedant Bhushan. The production draws inspiration from narrative traditions connected with the Ramayana, presenting Bharatanatyam-based dance theatre that combines classical technique with storytelling elements. Hosted at JCAC Mysuru, the event offers audiences an opportunity to experience Bharatanatyam in both solo and ensemble formats within a curated classical arts festival setting.
