EKA marks the grand finale of the acclaimed Talapravaham Concert Series, a unique musical initiative dedicated to exploring the seven fundamental tala structures of Carnatic music through original compositions and innovative presentations. After celebrating Dhruva, Matya, Roopaka, Jhampa, Triputa, and Ata talams in earlier editions, the series culminates with a concert entirely devoted to Eka Talam

The concert is led by celebrated violin maestro Kumaresh Rajagopalan, popularly known as part of the renowned violin duo Ganesh–Kumaresh. Accompanied by an ensemble of distinguished percussion artists, the performance promises an engaging exploration of rhythm, improvisation, and melodic brilliance within the framework of Carnatic classical music.
