Bharatanatyam Recital by Vaishnavi Srinivasan at Kasturi Srinivasan Hall – HCL Concerts

A Bharatanatyam recital by Vaishnavi Srinivasan will take place on 18 March 2026 (Wednesday) from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at Kasturi Srinivasan Hall, The Music Academy Madras, Chennai. The performance is presented under the HCL Concerts initiative, a platform known for supporting Indian classical music and dance performances across India.

Vaishnavi Srinivasan, a Bharatanatyam dancer from Chennai and disciple of Guru Roja Kannan, represents the younger generation of performers carrying forward the classical dance tradition. Her training through Bharatha Natyalaya and her association with prominent dance productions have shaped a repertoire rooted in traditional technique and expressive abhinaya.

The recital will present elements of the Bharatanatyam margam, combining rhythmic footwork, expressive storytelling, and classical compositions. Hosted at the intimate Kasturi Srinivasan Hall, the event continues The Music Academy’s long-standing tradition of presenting emerging and established artists in a focused concert setting.
