Vocal Recital by Manjusha Kulkarni-Patil – Bansuri Parampara 2026 (Day 1)

The third presentation of Bansuri Parampara 2026 (Day 1) features a Hindustani classical vocal recital by Vidushi Manjusha Kulkarni-Patil, an established vocalist of the Gwalior gharana. Known for her expressive khayal singing and command over semi-classical forms, she presents a recital rooted in traditional raga interpretation and classical performance aesthetics.

The recital will be accompanied by Pandit Ramdas Palsule on tabla and Shri Shriram Hasabnis on harmonium, providing rhythmic and melodic support to the vocal performance. Their accompaniment highlights the collaborative nature of Hindustani classical music, where vocalist and accompanists together shape the unfolding of the raga.

This performance is scheduled from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM on 14 March 2026 at The Poona Western Club, Bhugaon, Pune, as part of the Bansuri Parampara 2026 concert series. The festival brings together leading artists of Indian classical music and celebrates the traditions of performance, pedagogy, and the guru–shishya parampara.
