NCPA HSBC Bandish

NCPA HSBC Bandish is an annual three-day Indian music festival, presented by the National Centre for the Performing Arts (NCPA) with the support of HSBC India, held in Mumbai. The festival is dedicated to the enduring legacy of India's legendary composers by presenting bandish—the melodic and rhythmic compositions that form the foundation of Indian classical music. Featuring leading vocalists, instrumentalists, ensembles, and accompanists, the festival explores compositions from both the pre-independence and post-independence periods across Hindustani, Carnatic, semi-classical, and related musical traditions.
