Pt. Raghunandan Panshikar Vocal Recital at Dhvani 2026, Pune

As part of the two-day musical series Dhvani 2026, a Hindustani classical vocal recital by Raghunandan Panshikar is scheduled for 10 February 2026 at the Main Auditorium, COEP Tech, Pune.

A leading vocalist of the Jaipur-Atrauli gharana, Raghunandan Panshikar, is a senior disciple of the legendary Kishori Amonkar. His performances are noted for their treatment of complex ragas, detailed raga architecture, and emotive expression rooted in the Jaipur-Atrauli aesthetic.

For this recital, Raghunandan Panshikar will be accompanied by Avinash Patil on tabla and Saumitra Kshirsagar on harmonium. The ensemble format follows the traditional khayal concert structure, combining melodic development with rhythmic dialogue.
