Prasad Khaparde

Prasad Khaparde is a professional Hindustani classical music vocalist trained under Ustad Rashid Khan, one of India’s leading exponents of the Rampur Sahaswan Gharana. As a senior disciple, he received intensive and structured training that shaped his vocal strength, raga development, and stylistic depth. He pursued advanced musical education at the ITC Sangeet Research Academy, Kolkata, and completed his academic studies at Amravati University, Amravati.

Known for his powerful and well-cultivated voice, Prasad Khaparde has been presenting classical vocal concerts consistently and has earned recognition as a top-grade artist of All India Radio. He is professionally engaged as a Hindustani classical vocalist and continues to perform widely. He resides in Nashik, Maharashtra, and hails from Ghatanji. Alongside his musical career, he maintains a stable personal life and is married, balancing tradition, discipline, and performance excellence in his artistic journey.
