Vivekananda Hall

Vivekananda Hall, located within the Ramakrishna Mission Institute of Culture (RMIC) at Golpark, Kolkata, is an established venue for Indian classical music and cultural programmes. The auditorium regularly hosts Hindustani classical vocal and instrumental concerts, annual festivals such as the Malhar Festival and the Swami Vivekananda Music Festival, lecture-demonstrations, and artist interactions featuring leading musicians and emerging performers. As part of RMIC's cultural initiatives since 1938, the venue has welcomed generations of vocalists, instrumentalists, accompanists, and scholars, making it an important performance space for Indian classical music in Kolkata. Today, Vivekananda Hall continues to present curated concerts that preserve and promote India's rich musical heritage through live performances and cultural events.
