S Aishwarya

S. Aishwarya is a Carnatic classical vocalist and one of the foremost torchbearers of the celebrated MS Bani, the musical tradition of Bharat Ratna M.S. Subbulakshmi. She received her early training from M.S. Subbulakshmi and her grandmother, Dr Radha Viswanathan, later continuing her studies under Smt. Jambu Kannan while also learning veena and Hindustani classical music. A regular performer at the Chennai December Music Season, she has presented over 500 concerts across India and abroad. Along with her sister S. Saundarya, she performs as the Divine Duet Sisters and has appeared at prestigious national and international venues, receiving several honours for her contribution to Carnatic music.
