Ajay Joglekar has established a significant career as a harmonium artist, music arranger, and recording professional within contemporary Indian classical music. His early training under Pandit Tulsidas Borkar shaped his refined playing style, marked by clarity, articulation, and a thoughtful approach to accompaniment. Joglekar’s musicianship has particularly flourished through his association with Pandit Ajoy Chakrabarty, accompanying him in major concerts, festivals, and international tours for many years. This experience has strengthened his reputation as a perceptive collaborator who supports vocal performance with sensitivity and precision.

 

His portfolio extends beyond classical stages. Joglekar has performed with leading figures including Pandit Jasraj, Ganasaraswati Kishori Amonkar, Ustad Zakir Hussain, Bharatratna Ustad Bismillah Khan, Gulam Ali, and several prominent playback and ghazal vocalists.
