Oud Maitha Theatre, sometimes referred to as Oud Metha Theatre, is a multipurpose indoor performance venue located in the Zabeel Ladies Club, Za’abeel 1, Dubai. Designed to accommodate a variety of cultural and corporate events, the theatre provides a flexible performance environment suitable for concerts, stage productions, and public gatherings.

The venue features a proscenium-style stage and modern audio-visual infrastructure, including a sound system designed for clear acoustics and professional stage presentations. Depending on the seating configuration, the auditorium can accommodate approximately 280 to 500 attendees, making it suitable for both medium-sized performances and community events.
