About Sheldon Concert Hall

The Sheldon Concert Hall and Art Galleries is a premier performing arts venue located in the Grand Center arts district of St. Louis, Missouri. Widely regarded for its near-perfect natural acoustics, the hall was specifically designed to deliver unamplified sound with exceptional clarity, making it a preferred venue for classical, chamber, and acoustic music performances. Its 712-seat auditorium features curved wooden seating across two levels, ensuring an intimate and immersive audience experience.

Beyond its concert hall, The Sheldon also houses extensive art gallery spaces spanning approximately 7,000 square feet, presenting rotating exhibitions in photography, architecture, music history, and contemporary art.
