JBC Auditorium

The Jyoti Nivas College Campus was established in 1966 and initially functioned from the Cantonment (Frazer Town) area of Bangalore before relocating to Koramangala, where it continues to operate today. The move to Koramangala enabled the campus to expand its infrastructure and accommodate a wider range of academic and public-facing activities.

Over more than five decades, the campus has evolved into a regularly used venue for academic events, institutional gatherings, cultural programmes, workshops, and inter-collegiate activities. As the institution progressed to autonomous status, the campus facilities were further strengthened to support conferences and organised events of regional and national scale.

Milestones such as recognition by the University Grants Commission as a centre of excellence and the A+ NAAC re-accreditation in 2021 reflect the sustained development and upkeep of the venue. Today, the Jyoti Nivas College Campus is regarded as a well-established venue within Bengaluru’s academic and cultural landscape, particularly associated with educational, women-centric, and knowledge-based programmes.
