About Chinmaya Amamath

Chinmaya Amarnath is a contemporary spiritual and cultural venue located in Mars, Pennsylvania, approximately 25 miles north of Pittsburgh. Developed by Chinmaya Mission Pittsburgh, the 21,000-square-foot facility serves as a temple, Vedantic learning center, and community hub. Set amidst a serene 9-acre landscape, it provides a tranquil environment for spiritual practices, cultural gatherings, and artistic presentations.

The venue includes a large auditorium and dining hall, making it suitable for a wide range of events, including Indian classical music concerts, dance performances, discourses, and community celebrations. In addition to its performance spaces, the center houses multiple classrooms dedicated to Bala Vihar® programs and workshops, supporting education in Vedanta and Indian cultural traditions.

As a cultural venue, Chinmaya Amarnath plays an important role in connecting diaspora communities with classical Indian arts and spiritual heritage.
