Arohy is a 625 sq. ft. soundproof and air-conditioned multi-purpose studio space designed for live workshops, intimate concerts, hybrid meetings, and podcast productions. The venue supports a controlled and focused environment suited for small-format artistic and professional engagements.

The studio operates on a structured booking system, where all sessions must be confirmed in advance through full payment. It offers defined time slots, including full-day and 4-hour sessions, with additional hourly charges applicable beyond standard timings.

Rescheduling is permitted if requested at least 14 days before the booking date, while cancellations or changes within this period are non-refundable. Any additional equipment or technical requirements must be communicated in advance and may be charged separately.

Arohy maintains professional standards in equipment and infrastructure. In rare cases of technical issues, any compensation is limited to the approved session estimate. Power backup is available for a limited duration, although uninterrupted supply arrangements remain the responsibility of the user if required.

The studio follows a defined policy on deliverables and data retention, where files must be collected promptly and are retained only for a limited period. Users are responsible for backups and data management.

Operational guidelines include restrictions on food, responsibility for any damage to equipment or infrastructure, and maintaining cleanliness within the premises. The studio does not claim copyright over any content produced, and all rights remain with the respective creators.

Arohy also follows a privacy policy where personal information is collected and used only for specified purposes, with appropriate safeguards in place. Overall, the venue provides a professionally managed, compact, and versatile space for artistic and production-based activities.
