Vichitrashala Arts Consultancy functions at the intersection of performing arts, media, and cultural management. Its core focus lies in supporting artists and arts organizations through structured branding, event curation, and creative direction tailored specifically for the classical and contemporary performing arts ecosystem.

The consultancy’s services include the development of artist identities through brand films and visual design, management and presentation of music and dance festivals, and advisory roles in arts consultancy and creative strategy. These services are designed to address the distinct needs of performing artists, enabling coherent public representation and professionally managed cultural events.

Between 2025 and 2026, Vichitrashala Arts Consultancy has been involved in multiple cultural initiatives across India. These include the management of Nritya Katha 2025, curated by the Jailal Academy of Music and centered on solo Kathak recitals; event management for the grand finale of IMCA Concert 2025 in Kolkata; and the promotion and logistical coordination of Maya Kulkarni’s Shilpanatanam performances at Triveni Auditorium, New Delhi, in January 2026. The organization has also launched QuestForSam, a digital series featuring dancers such as Aditi Bhagwat, examining the rhythmic concept of “Sam” through performance and dialogue.
