Rural Entrepreneurship for Art and Cultural Heritage, widely known as REACH, is a nonprofit cultural organisation established in 1995 in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. Dedicated to preserving India’s traditional arts, crafts, folk music, and heritage practices, the organisation empowers rural artisans through cultural initiatives, exhibitions, workshops, and market opportunities. REACH is internationally recognised for organising the REACH Virasat Festival, one of South Asia’s major heritage and folk culture festivals.

Rural Entrepreneurship for Art and Cultural Heritage was founded in 1995 to support rural artisans and preserve endangered cultural traditions across India.
