Hamsadhwani Music & Arts Foundation

Hamsadhwani is a Chennai-based non-profit cultural organisation committed to promoting and preserving Indian classical music, dance, drama, and other performing arts. With a membership of over 1,500, it presents regular Carnatic music concerts featuring distinguished maestros alongside emerging artists, while creating opportunities for young performers to develop before informed audiences. The organisation also supports scholarships, cultural exchange, Harikatha, Nadaswaram, folk arts, and educational initiatives that strengthen India's performing arts tradition. Through its annual music festivals and year-round programmes, Hamsadhwani continues to contribute to Chennai's vibrant classical arts ecosystem and encourage wider appreciation of Indian cultural heritage.
