Sun Bhai Sadho is a Hindi devotional music album by Indian classical vocalist Pandit Bhimsen Joshi. Released in 1989 under the T-Series label, the album features nine bhajans and spiritual compositions in the khayal and bhajan traditions. The primary format of the release was a 12\" vinyl record, though later reissues in cassette and digital formats may exist.
Joshi composed and performed all tracks, blending elements of the Kirana gharana with devotional themes. The album emphasizes Nirgun bhakti (devotion to a formless divine) and Sant parampara (saintly traditions), reflecting Joshi’s lifelong engagement with spiritual music. Notable tracks include Ye Tanu Mundna Be Mundna, a composition associated with the 15th-century poet-saint Kabir, and Sun Sun Sadho Jee, a dialogue-style bhajan addressing spiritual seekers. Other key recordings are Beet Gaye Din Bhajan Bina Re, a reflective piece on the passage of time without devotion, and Naam Japan Kyon Chhod Diya, which stresses the importance of chanting the divine name.
The tracklist also features Sangat Santan Ki Karle, advocating the company of saints, and Sab Paise Ke Bhai, a critique of materialism. Darsan Dena Pran Piyare and Mat Kar Moh Too Hari Bhajan Ko Maan Re further explore themes of divine vision and detachment.
