Sooryagayathri (born 2006) is an Indian devotional and Carnatic classical vocalist from Purameri, Kerala. She gained wide public recognition through the Vande Guru Paramparaam spiritual music series produced by Kuldeep M. Pai, where her renditions reached global audiences through digital platforms.
She began learning music at the age of five and started performing on stage by the age of ten. Her early visibility through recorded devotional works contributed to a rapidly expanding listenership in India and abroad.
Training and Musical Foundation
Sooryagayathri received formal training in Carnatic music under Smt. Anandi and Sri Nishanth. Her repertoire includes structured Carnatic compositions alongside devotional stotrams and bhajans presented in classical format.
Her singing style is characterised by clarity of diction, measured tempo control, and adherence to traditional melodic frameworks while retaining devotional expression.
