Biography
Sangeetha Katti is a renowned Indian Hindustani classical vocalist, playback singer, composer, and musician from Karnataka. Born in Dharwad on 7 October 1970, she displayed exceptional musical talent from an early age and received training under eminent gurus, including Pt. Basavaraj Rajguru. Known for her versatility, she performs Hindustani classical music, bhajans, abhangs, folk music, Sugama Sangeetha, and film songs. With over 7,000 concerts worldwide and performances in multiple Indian languages, she has earned widespread acclaim and received the prestigious Karnataka Rajyotsava Award in 2006.
