Rupashree Bhattacharya

Rupashree Bhattacharya is associated with the ITC Sangeet Research Academy in Kolkata as both a performer and a teacher. Her work is rooted in the Hindustani classical tradition, where she trains students under the guru–shishya system and participates in institutional concert platforms.

She performs as a soloist on harmonium and as an accompanist for vocal music. Her documented performances include appearances at the Swara Samrat Festival and the Behala Classical Festival, as well as regular recitals at ITC SRA. Her repertoire spans raga-based classical presentations and semi-classical forms.

Alongside performance, she contributes to the academic and training environment at ITC SRA, where advanced instruction is provided to young musicians within a structured classical framework.
