Renjith Babu is a Bharatanatyam dancer from Kerala, trained in classical music and dance. He began at age 10, studied at Kalakshetra, and has performed in India and abroad.
Biography
Renjith Babu was born in Calicut, Kerala, into an environment influenced by dance and theater. He began his Bharatanatyam training at the age of ten under Guru Smt. Prasana Prakash and later continued his higher studies at Kalakshetra, where he graduated in 2000 under the guidance of Srijith Krishna. He subsequently underwent advanced training with Guru C. V. Chandrasekhar and performed in several of his productions, including Chandrodayam, Pancha Maha Bhootam, and Aparajitha. Renjith has also performed with the Shrishti troupe in Hyderabad and appeared at leading sabhas across India and internationally. He is a recipient of the Central Government Scholarship for Bharatanatyam.
