Prem Joshua (born 1958) is a German musician. He learned flute at an early age and later played saxophone before traveling to India, where he studied Indian music, including sitar with Ustad Usman Khan and bansuri.

He has worked across musical styles, combining Indian classical and folk elements with Western genres such as lounge, trance, and electronic music. His work includes projects such as Terra Incognita and the band Hamsafar, as well as later performances with Prem Joshua & Band.

He has released multiple albums and has performed internationally, particularly in Europe and India, with a focus on fusion-based musical collaborations.
