Bharat Bhushan Goswami

Bharat Bhushan Goswami is a respected sarangi maestro from Brindaban, born in 1955. He began his musical journey by learning devotional music from his grandfather, Amolchandra Goswami, which laid a strong foundation for his deep connection with music. He went on to train under two great gurus — Kanhaiyalal Mishra of Varanasi and the legendary Hanuman Prasad Mishra — who helped him master the art of the sarangi. Over the years, Bharat Bhushan Goswami has performed at many prestigious festivals such as Sarangi Mahotsav and Tansen Samaroh, and has accompanied several leading vocalists. His music reflects dedication, emotion, and a sincere commitment to keeping the tradition of the sarangi alive.
