Amaan Ali Bangash

Amaan Ali Bangash belongs to a long line of distinguished musicians and continues the legacy of the Senia Bangash School. His early training under Amjad Ali Khan shaped a grounded approach to the sarod, marked by tonal precision, expressive phrasing, and a strong command of rhythm. His career evolved rapidly after his childhood debut, leading to performances at major venues including Carnegie Hall, the Kennedy Center, Esplanade Singapore, Royal Festival Hall, Barbican Centre, and prominent festivals in Europe, the United States, Australia, and Asia.

Amaan has engaged in a wide range of artistic collaborations, working with Western classical ensembles, folk musicians, percussionists, and contemporary artists. Notable projects include performances with the National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain, cellist Matthew Barley, percussionist Evelyn Glennie, and large orchestral works such as Samaagam.
