Biography
Aashna Jain is a Mumbai-based harmonium player working in the field of Hindustani classical music. She represents the musical lineage of Pt. Tulsidas Borkar, performing within the traditional framework of classical accompaniment and solo presentation.
Her performances include classical ragas such as Raag Bihag and Raag Bageshree. She was awarded the Mumbai University Golden Girl Award in both 2022–23 and 2023–24.
Aashna has performed at the 1st Sangeet Samrat Alladiyakhan Yuva Samaroh 2025 held at Ravindra Natya Mandir, Mumbai. She has also given live performances at venues such as the Balleshwar Asthvinayak Temple in Pali.
Her work places her among the emerging harmonium players in the contemporary Hindustani classical music scene.
